I've been buying Dell servers for years. They've almost always been very reliable. I just started using HP DL servers and I'm liking them too.
Dell's support has started declining in quality so I'm giving HP a try. So far they've been pretty good. I needed a hard drive replaced on a server that was under warrenty. I received the new HD very quickly and the tracking of the support case was excellent.
